Mule Deer

Many deer at the park, earlier in the season they were looking really scrawny but now they seem to be fattening up. I think the heavy snow was as hard on them as it was on the cattle.

Pretty Purple Weeds

Whole fields were glowing purple. This was taken on the way to Roxborough Park, close to the southern entrance to Chatfield State Park.

Sprinkler Season Begins

Jasmine kept squealing and saying, "Wowee!" That's her word for shower. She couldn't believe we'd kept this from her for so long. The rest of the day she continued to giggle and say, "wowee... wowee."
