Rachel, Li Mei is absolutely adorable. She appears to be very happy with her new family. It looks like the boys are having the time of their life. I must mention again, your pictures are wonderful! Can I interest you in a second trip to China, say in a month or so!!! Have a great time in Guangzhou. Hope little Li Mei's ears feel better soon.
Hey Vicki! Thanks, I'd love to go back, but I think my husband and boss would riot. Everytime we left a location, I'd think, "Aaaagh, I need to go back and take more pictures!" There never seemed to be enough time.
Li Mei got over the pain of her ear infection within a day and the doctors at the medical exam couldn't see any symptoms of it when they looked in her ears. I was impressed. Se did become very adept at crying with tightly sealed lips so as not to allow medicines to be administered. ;)
I'm a mom of three incredible children. I also do quilting, photography, math geek stuff, computer wrangling, origami, and entomology-arachnology geek stuff.
